About Adam PR Taylor
Adam currently teaches in both the business and engineering faculties, whilst running his own business, consulting, and conducting research for his PhD.
His background is somewhat eclectic, having completed his trade qualifications in telecommunications, in conjunction with various interest-driven business studies. Subsequently, Adam has completed two degrees, and started two others prior to commencing his PhD. In addition to his own business, Adam has worked in small firms of three people, multinationals, and new ventures.
Adam’s current interests lie in his doctoral investigation of the ‘alpha-geek’ – a person who uses their technical prowess as a tool, and derives a measure of self-worth from their skills and the power they provide– in the environment of the commercialisation process.
